About the Hotel
Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa is a beach all-inclusive hotel in the Riviera Maya, offering the Unlimited-Luxury® concept and luxury-equipped guest rooms and suites, all meals and premium drinks, 24-hour room service, a daily activities program, night shows, themed parties, a children's club, and teens' activities. The Unlimited Connectivity is also included and consists of downloading an app on your smartphone to make and receive calls through the wireless network at the hotel, stay in contact through social networks, contact the staff, and make reservations for the spa and tours, among other benefits. The property has six a la carte restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a steak restaurant, a coffee shop, and seven bars. The hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 10 kilos (22 lb) in the rooms and offers special amenities for them (fees and restrictions apply). The 431 guest rooms and suites are designed in a contemporary Mexican style with marble floors and some of them offer views of the garden or the sea. The hotel offers deluxe guest rooms and suites with a balcony or terrace. All accommodations are fitted with an in-room electronic safe and minibar restocked daily. For couples, there is a section with adult-only rooms. The hotel has two pools accessible to all guests. There are also two pools exclusive for Preferred Club guests. Facilities include a children's water park near the Explorer's Club. Some pools are heated from December to March, depending on weather conditions. The hotel also includes a sinkhole, a springboard to the sea, and a world-class spa with facial and body treatments. The hotel has a variety of sports such as tennis, volleyball, kayaking, and water polo. The property includes a chapel and conference facilities. With the Sip, Savor & See program, registered guests have access to entertainment and restaurants and bars at other nearby hotels of the chain. The property is 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) from the Archaeological Site of Tulum and 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) from Xel-Há, a natural theme park with meals and drinks included, where you can go snorkeling, interact with manatees and stingrays, rest in sunbathing areas, or enjoy the children's playground. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 110 kilometers (68.4 mi) away. ***Any reservation of 10 or more rooms is considered a group reservation and has special conditions.
