About the Hotel

La Casa Que Canta is a small hotel for guests over 16 years of age, carved in a cliff facing the bay of Zihuatanejo, with a multi-level adobe architecture that seeks to create a homely atmosphere. The hotel, decorated with tropical wood, native shades, palapas, and Mexican crafts, is 1 kilometer (0.6 mi) from La Ropa Beach and 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the fishing village of Zihuatanejo. Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH) is 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) away. Mexican traditional design converges with sophisticated elegance in each of the 25 suites at La Casa Que Canta, which are decorated with Mexican popular art, crafts, and painted furniture. Accommodations are distributed in 3 buildings, offer a terrace with panoramic ocean view, and are equipped with a minibar, which is restocked every day at no extra charge. Facilities at La Casa Que Canta hotel include an infinity pool decorated with a stone wall, palm trees, and flowers, as well as a pool with sea salt water. The restaurant serves Mexican cuisine and provides room service.
