About the Hotel

Papaya Playa Project is located in the paradise city of Tulum, a destination ideal to reconnect with nature. The beach club at the hotel offers weekend night events enlivened by international DJs and is the seat for various cultural events and social responsibility programs. Activities include kayaking, diving lessons, snorkeling, and paddleboard. Registered guests can take yoga classes, a temascal session, or pamper themselves with a massage.

The 85 cabins and casitas are equipped with air conditioning, in-room safe, WiFi, and private bathroom with shower. All accommodations are decorated with furniture, hammocks, and materials made by Mexican artisans. There are also casitas with private pool. The hotel offers a restaurant with Mexican dishes prepared with local products. A juice bar with organic products is also available.

The property is 8 kilometers (5 mi) from the Archaeological Site of Tulum, 70 kilometers (43.6 mi) from Playa del Carmen, and 137 kilometers (85.1 mi) from Cancún. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 120 kilometers (74.6 mi) from the hotel.
