About the Hotel
Viceroy Riviera Maya is a set of 41 villas in front of Xcalacoco Beach, in Playa del Carmen, all of them equipped with a private plunge pool and a variety of amenities, such as air conditioning, coffeemaker, and cable TV. Accommodations are also fitted with a hammock, bathrobes and slippers, and deluxe amenities in the private bathroom with rain shower.
This property includes La Marea restaurant, and the Coral restaurant and bar, as well as The Library Lounge bar and a pool bar. The Spa at the hotel offers a variety of Mayan ancestral treatments, massages, wet areas, and temascal, for an extra charge. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, a terrace, and yoga. A tour desk, open and closed conference facilities, and airport transfers are also available for an extra charge. The hotel accepts pets weighing up to 10 kilos (22 lb), fees and restrictions apply.
The hotel is 8 kilometers (5 mi) from the Gran Coyote Golf Course, 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) from the Pájaros Semi-open Sinkhole, and 45 kilometers (28 mi) from the town of Akumal, where you will find turtle swim activities. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 52 kilometers (32.3 mi) away.
